Seller Central Accounts

Amazon Seller Central is the platform Sellers use to sell products on Amazon directly to consumers, either by fulfilling it themselves (FBM) or via Amazon's fulfillment centers (FBA).

In the Setup section, you learned how to add your Amazon Seller Central Accounts. DataHawk allows you to add an unlimited number of Seller Central accounts you manage using Amazon's Selling Partner API .

Adding your Amazon Seller Central accounts allows you to automatically collect your financial data and facilitate reporting on it, breaking down your *revenues and expenses** as well as other product information in a very detailed manner.

Adding your Amazon Seller Central accounts allows you to automatically collect the following data, in order to facilitate reporting and analysis:

  • Financial Data: Detailed breakdown of revenues, expenses, and other costs by Account and by Product
  • Traffic & Sessions Data: Detailed breakdown of Page Views and Sessions by Product
  • Inventory Data: Detailed breakdown of Inventory within Amazon's Fulfillment Network by Product.

List of Datasets

When you set up a destination, DataHawk provides you with a hosted database containing your Sources data. These tables contain a very exhaustive list of data points as columns and are organized into what are called schemas.

Considerations

History

When you add a Seller Central account, Amazon's API allows us to pull a maximum of 2 years of data. Whereas DataHawk exhaustively stores and backs up your data, facilitating better reporting with a more extended history.

DataHawk will continue storing your data over time and allow you to export all of the history we stored.

Data is updated daily. There is usually a delay in updating the data from the last 48 hours.
