On-Demand Sources

Request custom integrations for data sources outside DataHawk's standard coverage; delivered as a paid add-on through our Professional Services team.

DataHawk natively supports Amazon and Walmart data, with new platforms added regularly. If you need a data source we don't yet cover, a vertical-specific marketplace, an internal API, a non-supported retailer, or a custom feed, the On-Demand Integration Program lets you request it as a paid add-on. Once built, the new source behaves like any other DataHawk source: Warehouse access, dashboards, Alerts, and Sherlock all included.

What's already supported

These sources are part of standard DataHawk and don't require an on-demand integration. They split into two groups:

Account-level connections: Link your existing platform accounts to pull private data (sales, ads, inventory, profit):

Item-level tracking: Add the specific products, keywords, or categories you want a daily snapshot for (works for both Amazon and Walmart, no account connection required):

For the full picture of how data flows in and what each source covers, see How DataHawk Sources Your Data. New platforms ship regularly; track them in the Changelog.

When to request a custom source

On-demand integrations cover additional data that isn't already reachable through tracked items (Products, Keywords, Categories) or connected accounts (Amazon Seller / Vendor / Advertising, Walmart Marketplace / Walmart Connect). If the data you need can't be pulled by any of those standard paths, this program is how you bring it into DataHawk.

Typical examples of additional data customers request:

  • A retailer outside our standard catalog (regional or vertical-specific marketplaces, e.g. non-Amazon / non-Walmart eCommerce platforms)
  • Your own internal systems (CRM, POS, ERP, finance, custom feeds)
  • A third-party tool that complements your eCommerce data (review platforms, ad networks beyond Amazon/Walmart, retail-media networks)
  • A non-eCommerce dataset you want to join with your DataHawk warehouse for cross-analysis

What we can't build

How it works

Email Professional Services

Send a request to [email protected] with a brief description of the source you'd like to integrate; name of the system, what kind of data you need from it, and your use case.

Discovery

We'll set up a call to scope the integration: data shape, refresh requirements, volume, and how it should connect to your existing DataHawk workspace.

Quote and timeline

You receive a written proposal with the integration fee, minimum commitment period, and expected delivery date.

Build

Our team builds the integration. We may ask for sample data, credentials, or technical contacts from your end during this phase.

UAT and rollout

We hand over the new source for testing. Once you've validated the data, it lands in your warehouse on the agreed refresh cadence.

What you get

  • The new source's data lands alongside your standard sources in the same data warehouse (Snowflake or BigQuery).
  • Compatible with DataHawk dashboards, Alerts, and Sherlock.
  • Default refresh cadence is daily: Custom cadences possible if your use case requires it.
  • Storage and refresh are included in your existing workspace pricing; the integration fee is one-time.

Commercials

  • One-time integration fee: Quoted per source based on complexity.
  • Minimum commitment period: The source stays active and billed for a minimum duration agreed at signing.

What we need from you

To scope and build, we typically need:

  • Documentation for the source (API docs, file format, sample export)
  • Access credentials or a path to obtain them
  • A technical point of contact on your side
  • A clear use case so we can prioritize the right fields
