Find your issue
Data discrepancies
Numbers in DataHawk don't match Seller Central, Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, your BI tool, or your accounting system. Sales, refunds, ad spend, COGS, or inventory totals look off.
Data not refreshing
Stale numbers, missing recent days, refresh delays, vendor data lagging, or data that hasn't appeared yet after connecting an account.
Dashboard issues
Power BI or Looker Studio dashboards that won't load, show empty results, have broken filters, currency picker problems, or numbers that look unexpected.
Connection failures
Snowflake credential errors, BigQuery 'Data Set Configuration' issues, DSP 'No Profile' errors, Power BI failing to connect to your warehouse, or Amazon/Walmart account disconnected.
Access & permissions
Can't log in, password reset not working, locked out after impersonation, missing workspace access, or user permission errors.
Account & billing
Subscription questions, payment failures, invoice issues, plan changes, or trial expiration.
