Dashboard issues

Power BI or Looker Studio dashboards that won't load, show empty results, have broken filters, or numbers that look unexpected.

Power BI or Looker Studio dashboards aren't behaving as expected. Most issues are filter-related, currency-related, or a known limitation of a specific dashboard template.

Quick checks first

  1. Did you refresh the data? Right-click the dataset in Power BI → Refresh. The dashboard reads from a cached extract.
  2. Are all filters set correctly? Marketplace, currency, account, tag, and brand filters can each silently filter to zero.
  3. Have you opened the latest version of the template? Templates get updated regularly. See the Changelog for recent dashboard updates.
  4. Want more history than the tab is showing? Many tabs cap their default lookback window to keep the report fast. See Changing the historical lookback window before assuming data is missing.
