Finance product metrics for Sep 21 were incomplete for US and Canada until the morning of Sep 22, then caught up in full. No data was lost.

Some products were missing from FBA inventory and planning data for September 20, 2026. The missing data has since been recovered.

A migration bug briefly double-counted some orders on Sep 11 and 12, inflating sales figures until it was fixed the same day.

A stalled processing job delayed Sales Rank and Best Seller Rank data from Sep 12 to Sep 14, then caught up in full.

A Snowflake authentication change broke existing login links for some customers; access was restored the same day.
