- Cause: Amazon returned empty Inventory Ledger Summary reports during an outage on September 18 and 19, including on later requests for the same dates.
- Progress: Identified on September 22. Collection resumed on September 20 and the report is advancing normally. We are re-requesting the two missing dates and confirming the full list of affected accounts.
