What to include when contacting support

The faster we can identify your account and reproduce the issue, the faster we can help. When emailing [email protected], include:

  • Your WSID: Find it in the DataHawk app under Setup → Workspace
  • The exact area of the product where the issue occurs (module, page, dashboard tab)
  • A short description of what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened
  • A screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual
  • For data discrepancies: The date range, ASIN or SKU, and a link to the source report you're comparing against
