Walmart Advertising Data

Walmart Connect advertising reports in DataHawk; ad-group, item, brand, keyword, page-type, placement, and platform performance.

This page is the reference for Walmart Connect advertising data in DataHawk. All tables live in the ADVERTISING schema and are prefixed with WMT_. Data is refreshed daily, with a second pass 15 days after the first download since Walmart finalizes reports on a 14-day delay.

💡

To connect your Walmart Connect account so these tables start populating, see Connect a Walmart Connect Account.

⚠️

Deprecated as of May 12, 2026: ADVERTISING.WMT_SP_AD_ITEM is deprecated in favor of ADVERTISING.WMT_AD_ITEM, which properly attributes spend by sponsored_type (Sponsored Products vs Sponsored Brands vs Sponsored Video). Migrate at your earliest convenience. See the changelog entry.

Ad-group and item performance

These are the two foundational reports; every Walmart advertiser has them, and most analyses start here.

Brand and category performance (1P only)

These two reports are only available to Walmart 1P suppliers (vendors selling directly to Walmart). 3P sellers will see these tables empty.

Item health

Keyword performance

Two complementary tables describe how your items perform against the search queries customers used.

Where ads appeared — context and placement

Three reports tell you where your ads were served. Combined with item / keyword data above, they form a full picture of campaign reach.

Data freshness and history

  • Backfill at connection: up to 90 days of historical data is pulled the first time you connect.
  • Daily refresh: new data lands every day.
  • 15-day reconciliation pass: Walmart finalizes reports on a 14-day lag. DataHawk re-fetches each day's data 15 days after the first download so the consolidated numbers stick.
  • Ongoing storage: every day's data is backed up so you can run trend analyses across the full history of your account.
