What this dataset is

A daily snapshot of your entire Amazon catalog - every SKU you've listed, regardless of fulfillment method or status. It shows how each listing is currently set up: its price, quantity, condition, and whether Amazon considers it active and buyable.

For FBM sellers, this is the primary place to check your live inventory levels, since FBM stock is seller-managed and doesn't appear in FBA inventory tables. For FBA sellers, it's most useful as a catalog health check - confirming which listings are active, suppressed, or inactive - rather than for stock quantities (FBA quantity is not populated here; use SELLER_INVENTORY_FBA_PLANNING for that).

What's in it

Listing identity — ASIN, SKU, FNSKU, product name, and condition. Covers your full catalog including listings that are inactive or suppressed.
Status — Whether the listing is active, inactive, incomplete, or suppressed. This is the key field for diagnosing why a product isn't showing up on Amazon.
Pricing — Your current selling price.
FBM quantity — The quantity you have declared as available for merchant-fulfilled orders. This is the live sellable stock figure for FBM.
Listing details — Open date, product group, merchant shipping group, and whether the listing is in the Buy Box.

Questions you can answer

Which of my listings are currently active vs. inactive or suppressed?
What is my current FBM stock level by SKU and marketplace?
What price am I listing each SKU at across marketplaces?
Which SKUs exist in my catalog but aren't buyable right now?
When was each listing first created?
Do I have duplicate SKUs mapped to the same ASIN?

Limitations

FBA quantity is not available here. The quantity field reflects FBM stock only. For FBA inventory use SELLER_INVENTORY_FBA_PLANNING.
Snapshot only, no history. This table always reflects the current state. To track how listings or prices changed over time, use SELLER_INVENTORY_ALL_LISTINGS_HISTORY.
No sales or velocity data. This is a catalog snapshot, not a performance report. It won't tell you how fast SKUs are selling.
Suppression reasons are not included. If a listing is suppressed, you'll see the status but not the reason. Check Seller Central directly to resolve suppression issues.
