AI Copywriter shares capacity across your workspace, so heavy use can occasionally hit a wait or a "capacity reached" message. This page covers the marketplaces it supports, what the rate limits look like in practice, and what to do when something goes wrong.
Marketplaces supported
All marketplaces supported by Amazon are supported by DataHawk.
Rate limits
AI Copywriter generates each suggestion in under a minute. During peak usage:
- You may see a "capacity reached" message: Wait and retry
- Suggestions may take longer than usual
Quality variability
AI output isn't deterministic. Different refreshes of the same listing produce different suggestions. This is expected. Refresh until you find a version that reads well.
When something goes wrong
- "Suboptimal suggestion": Click Refresh to regenerate
- "Capacity limit reached": Wait a few minutes and try again
- "Cannot generate": Check that the product is fully synced in DataHawk and has up-to-date data
