I don't see traffic data for my ASIN
How to investigate missing traffic data for an ASIN in DataHawk; checking account type, data source, and API coverage.
If traffic data (sessions, page views, Buy Box %) is not appearing for your ASIN in DataHawk, this may be related to how your account type is classified by Amazon.
What to check
- Copy the Entity ID or profile identifier shown by DataHawk App
- Confirm whether your account is classified as Seller or Vendor in Amazon's Advertising API
- Verify that your Seller Central account is connected and syncing: Traffic data requires a Seller Central connection
Note: Traffic data (Glance Views) for Vendor accounts requires that the ASIN is visible in Manufacturing view, not just Sourcing view. If your ASIN is Sourcing-only, traffic data may not be available.
See I cannot see data in manufacturing views, but I see it in sourcing for more details.
If your account is correctly connected
- Allow up to 24 hours for data to sync after connecting
- Verify that the ASIN is tracked in your workspace
- Check that the date range selected includes days after the account was connected

My finance events look stale in Power BI
How to troubleshoot when FINANCE_EVENTS in Power BI appears to stop updating. Usually a query filter issue (sync_time vs posted_time), not a sync issue.
