Understand the three components of DataHawk pricing: platform fee, account analytics, and digital shelf analytics.

DataHawk pricing is built from a platform fee plus usage-based components tied to Account Analytics and Digital Shelf Analytics. Use this page as a simple orientation before discussing plan details with your DataHawk contact.

1. Platform fee

A flat base fee representing the number of credits you need for using the database. The standard amount is 20.

2. Account Analytics

Account analytics covers sales, ads, listings, inventory, and how well the account is running day to day.

The pricing is based on the performance and operational data volume from your connected accounts:

  • For Seller accounts: proxied by units sold or orders per year
  • For Vendor accounts: proxied by catalog size
  • For Advertising accounts: proxied by annual ad spend

3. Digital Shelf Analytics

DataHawk's market and competitive intelligence layer. It tracks how products look and compete across a category: best sellers, keyword rankings, new entrants, pricing trends, product detail page changes, and similar signals.

The pricing is based on the number of products, keywords, and categories you track per marketplace:

Product tracking does not include keyword/SEO data; that requires separate keyword tracking. Volume discounts apply based on total contract size.
