New Power BI Dashboard: Seller + Vendor Analytics
New Power BI dashboard combining Seller and Vendor analytics into one executive view for revenue, advertising, P&L, and inventory.
DataHawk is releasing a new Power BI template, the Seller + Vendor Analytics Dashboard, designed for brands operating on both Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) simultaneously. It consolidates traffic, sales, advertising, P&L, and inventory into a single view, with blended metrics that account for the structural differences between the two revenue models.
What's in the dashboard
The dashboard covers 11 report pages:
- Overview: Combined executive summary with Total Earned Revenue, Total Ordered Revenue, blended ASP, TACoS (on both Ordered and Earned Revenue bases), and a channel revenue split
- Sales (Seller): Ordered Product Sales, units, orders, ASP, AOV, page views, and conversion
- Sales (Vendor): Shipped COGS, Shipped Revenue, Ordered Revenue, Ordered Units, Glance Views, and conversion
- Advertising: Consolidated SP, SB, and SD performance across both channels with campaign and product breakdowns
- P&L (Seller): Full profit and loss from Gross Revenue to Net Profit, with waterfall chart and flexible matrix views
- P&L (Vendor): Full profit and loss from Shipped Revenue to Net Profit
- Inventory Timeline: 30-day FBA inventory history across all fulfillment stages (Seller)
- FBA Recommendations: Amazon's restock suggestions and custom replenishment calculations (Seller)
- Inventory Snapshot: Vendor inventory health, aging, purchase orders, and Amazon demand forecast (P70/P80/P90)
- Explorer: Custom cross-metric analysis with any two metrics over a configurable timeline
- Download Center: Build and export custom data tables
