Rebuilt CSV upload for bulk operations

We rebuilt the CSV upload in the DataHawk app from scratch. It powers bulk operations such as adding tags.

What changes

• Built in-house: the upload no longer relies on a third-party tool.
• Refreshed look: the screens got a visual update.
• Same steps: you upload your file the same way as before.

What to expect

• No action required on your side.
• More upload improvements followed in September.
