DataHawk includes four modules that sit on top of your connected data and help you monitor, analyse, and act on it. This page gives you a quick orientation to each one. Click through to the dedicated page for full setup instructions and details.
Alerts monitors your tracked products and sends you a daily email notification whenever a condition you define is triggered. You set the rules — DataHawk does the watching.
You can track changes across:
You can monitor your own products and your competitors' products (as long as you're already tracking them). Alerts history is available for the last 3 months.
Two types of triggers are available: preset triggers (DataHawk's ready-made rules, e.g. "Buy Box loss" or "price drop > 10%") and custom triggers (rules you define yourself using any property, operator, and threshold).
Alerts tells you that something changed. To understand why it changed, use Sherlock.

Insights analyses your data automatically and surfaces observations without requiring you to set anything up in advance. New insights are delivered to your inbox every business day and are also available in the Insights dashboard.
There are three types of insights:
Findings are business-level recommendations generated from your account data combined with DataHawk's market intelligence. Examples: a list of listings you should optimise for SEO, underperforming ad campaigns worth pausing, or top-performing campaigns where you could increase spend. Delivered weekly.
Anomalies detect unexpected changes in your metrics — sales, units sold, ad spend, RoAS, search rankings, ratings, fees, and more. DataHawk monitors these daily using a 7-day moving average baseline and flags anything that falls outside the expected range.
Good Practices are a curated library of eCommerce fundamentals — best practices on FBA, sponsored ads, listing images, Buy Box strategy, and more. They are not based on your data but are useful reference material, especially when getting started.
