After connecting your Amazon DSP account to DataHawk, no data is displayed.
What I can observe
- No DSP data appears in DataHawk after connection
- Dashboards remain empty
- You expect data but nothing is retrieved
Why is this happening?
This is usually due to a permission or account setup issue, not a problem with the connection itself.
What can I do?
1. Check access to the DSP manager account
- Log in to Amazon DSP Manager Account
- Use the region switcher (top-left)
- Confirm the manager account is visible in at least one region (Americas, EMEA, or APAC)
- If the manager account is not visible, your user is not linked correctly
- Ask your admin or Amazon representative to add your user to the global DSP manager account (important)
2. Confirm the correct user is connected
Make sure the same Amazon Ads user is used for:
- Connecting to DataHawk
- Accessing DSP in the Amazon Ads interface
- This user must have access to the DSP manager account.

💡
Note that once you connect your DSP Manager Account to DataHawk, DataHawk will have access to all profiles’ data associated to the account.
If you wish to give a restricted access to specific DSP profiles, you can check how.

3. Reconnect the account (if changes were made)
If you updated permissions:
