When connecting an Amazon DSP account to DataHawk, all profiles linked to that DSP account become accessible. But you want to restrict access to specific profiles only.

What I can observe

• I can see the data of all the profiles of your DSP account on the dashboard.

Why is this happening?

This is how the Amazon DSP API works. DataHawk can access all profiles available to the connected user.

What can you can do

Create a dedicated Amazon Ads user with access only to the profiles you want DataHawk to retrieve.

⚠️ Then make sure this user is also invited to the global DSP manager account for the relevant region.

How to verify the setup

1. Log in to Amazon DSP Campaign Manager
2. Use the region switcher in the top-left corner
3. Confirm that the manager account is visible in the relevant region

If the manager account is not visible, the user is probably not linked to the global manager account. Add the user to that account, then try connecting again.
