ChatGPT supports MCP connectors on Team, Enterprise, and Plus plans.

Prerequisites

• An active DataHawk workspace with MCP enabled — see Setup your DataHawk workspace for MCP
• ChatGPT Plus, Team, or Enterprise

Setup

1. In ChatGPT, click your profile → Settings → Apps

2. Click Advanced settings → Custom MCP server

   

3. Activate Developer mode

   

4. Then click on Create app

5. Fill all the required information:

   

   • Name: DataHawk

   • Paste your DataHawk MCP endpoint to MCP Server URL:

     <https://mcp.datahawk.co/mcp>
     

6. Tick “I understand and want to continue”

7. Create

8. You will see the enabled apps. And you are ready to start!

   

First query

Open a new conversation, enable the DataHawk connector in the composer, and try:

What were my top 10 ASINs by sales over the last 30 days?

ChatGPT will route the question through the same four-step flow as Claude — plan, discover, validate, load — and return a grounded answer.
