A recipient group is a list of email addresses that receive a particular alert. Each alert sends a single daily email to its recipient group when one or more triggers fire.

When to use recipient groups

Create a group

  1. Open Apps → Alerts

  2. + Alert

  3. Select your triggers

  4. Continue

  5. Select your product(s) to be alerted from

  6. Select “Create a new alert group”

  7. Add the group name

  8. Select the members of the workspace that would be able to receive notifications

  9. Name you alert

  10. Create Alert
