Overview

The Keyword Volumes dataset provides historical search volume metrics for keywords across Amazon marketplaces. It is designed to help you analyze keyword demand trends, benchmark product visibility, and inform advertising and SEO strategies.

Each record represents the estimated monthly search volume for a given keyword and marketplace for a specific day. The dataset can be used to:

• Track keyword popularity over time and seasonality patterns.
• Identify high-volume keywords to target for organic and paid campaigns.
• Evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives on keyword demand.
• Support product research and market entry strategies with real search data.

The volume considers variations such as plurals and misspellings as separate records. For example, “bag” and “bags” would be counted as two distinct keywords.

Absence of data for a given date/keyword, means that the keyword’s search volume is below measurable thresholds.

Granularity: One data point per keyword, marketplace per day (DATE_DAY).
