A few habits that get the most out of AI Copywriter.
Pick the right product
AI Copywriter works best when:
- The product page has accurate info (correct attributes, brand, category)
- The product has at least some sales or search-volume history (so we have keyword data)
- The listing isn't already running an active A/B test that you'd disrupt
Refresh several times before deciding
AI output varies. The first suggestion is rarely the best. Click Refresh two or three times and pick the version that reads best to a human shopper.
Compare side by side
Use the side-by-side view. If the optimised version doesn't clearly win on:
- Keyword coverage (right-hand panel)
- Readability for a real shopper
- Compliance with Amazon's rules
…then either refresh again or stick with your original.
Edit before publishing
Don't paste raw AI output into Seller Central. Read it once, fix anything stilted, and only then publish.
A/B test broad rollouts
If you're considering rewriting many listings:
- Start with one ASIN
- Wait at least 7 days for performance to stabilise
