Overview
DataHawk provides granular access to Amazon customer return records, enabling deep analysis of return trends, reasons, and implications across both FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant, also known as MFN Merchant Fulfilled Network) and FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) channels.
This data can help you understand:
- Which products are most frequently returned
- The timing and frequency of returns
- Return reasons and customer feedback
- Return item dispositions (e.g., damaged, sellable)
